The Fidget is an improvement of my earlier design. One issue was rigs would lock. In the new design,
Each ring now has a V-shaped groove running all the way around its inner surface at mid-height.
Each inner ring has 2 pins on its outer surface. The pins are cones with flat tips. They ride in the groove.
The improvements made the rings to move more freely, each inner ring rotate freely around its center, and around the axis between the opposing pins. I worked with Claude AI to improve the original design.
