this is my latest holder to hold a avocado seed to grow in a glass,
it is self watering by means of a soda bottle that fits in the holder spot. and the avocado seed fits into the holder spot.
- you place the avocado seed into its spot with the fat side (which is the bottom) down.
- you fill the glass with water.
- you fill the soda bottle with water
- quickly turn the full soda bottle upside down and into its holder spot.
done..
it will be messy so do this in a sink.
as the water in the glass gets used, more water will take its place from the soda bottle. stopping when the water level gets to the opening in the soda bottle.
