Introducing my first model of my brand new series: Desk Mounted …um…idk…storage stuff?
Well besides the fact I need to work on the name, this series will all use the same desk clamp allowing you to just switch between attachments.
The attachments include things like, marker trays, headphone hooks, paper holders, etc.
If you have an idea, feel free to either modify the f3d file or post it in the comments!
IMPORTANT: PRINT WITH PETG BECAUSE PLA WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET A GOOD GRIP ON THE DESK
There are two versions of the clamp:
A normal sized one that can fit desks up to 1.5 in (38.1 mm)
A JUMBO sized one that can fit desks up to 3 in (76.2 mm)
The box is 100x100x100 mm with 3mm walls.
To get a good grip on the desk, the bottom part of the hook does bend a little bit. I will keep improving the design to hopefully prevent that.
The model is parametric, so if you want to know how to change the parameters, read the pdf file. The pdf files includes how to change the parameters and what each parameter is.
