Prints flat, with tabs bent into place. Couldn't get satisfactory results on models that were printed fully "3D". I recommend printing in basically any solid filament besides PLA, partially for temp resistance and partially because PLA really doesn't like bending too much.
I recommend bending the tabs using the flat edge of pliers to help make sure they don't get crooked. Hold screw tabs in place while screwing in, they are prone to twisting if you don't. (after writing this, I realized perhaps bending it with the tabs already screwed to the card might work better?)
May work for other low profile cards of the same shape, but it is designed for Dell HBA 330+.
Design isn't 100% perfect, but it should be good enough.
