This is a plastic stopper for the Touchwood cots, very common brand of cot in New Zealand. If you lose the rubber stopper or it didn't come with it, these plastic ones slot into the legs where the rail is, and can be fastened with a 8Gx32mm screw into the wood. This prevents the cot hitting your feet when it is lowered without control.
As with all things cot and baby related, please be careful and use this cautiously.
I've printed in PETG for extra strength and flexibility when the cot lowers hard, but can also print in PLA. I used 5 wall gyroid.
This one is done with 60mm of height, but can configure to different ones as needed.
