Airline broke a wheel on my suitcase so I made a new one. Printed the rim in carbon fiber and the tire in TPU. Its pretty difficult to get the tire over the lip on the original design. I fixed mine with a belt sander and changed the dimensions but didn't reprint to test. I included the f3d file so you can make adjustments.
