a stencil to draw a weekly habit tracker for 13 habits on a page in a field notes notebook. figured id upload it in case someone found it useful. the rectangular are for the habbits. week number can be written on top.
im experimenting with diffrent ways to track and plan things in life using a field notes notebook. so i decided to make some stencils.
personally i used it for tracking if i managed to go to bed before 10pm, read and wrote that day, gym and if i did my chores. i coloured coded the circles with a bic 4-colour pen, green for done, red for not done, black or blue for day off (i planned out these each week according to my schedule).
print settings:
i used 2 walls, and 0.2 layer height. no ironing.
dry your filament well or use a fresh spool for best results. i used some leftover filament that was moist and the result shows
