My button broke at the hinge, and instead of buying a new vacuum cleaner, I tried to CAD out to new button. This is one of my first parametric designs and hence the angle of the button's "swoop" does not match the original, but it does not detract from its usefulness.
I printed this in PETG on the 0.15 STRUCTURAL profile with 15% 3D honeycomb infill, placing the object with the flat button part on the build-plate. You'll need to add supports on the build-plate for the rest of the lever. Mine came off the bed a little bit so I'd recommend adding a brim.
I've also printed this file using PLA and it works fine, but I wouldn't trust it in the long term.
