Spinning a spinning top is great fun. It’s even more fun when you’ve modified and printed it yourself. :-)
Lay the top-side flat on the printing bed, so no extra bed adhesion is needed. Use a 5mm oder 6mm pin to give it a spin.
Attached is the OpenSCAD source code for you to have a look at and modify.
If you do so, it is adviced to use the beta-version with the new rendering kernel as the stable version is very slow with the hull()-function and high details.
The last cylinder element in the source has the diameter for the pin.
