A custom knob in the form of a lollipop for Thrustmaster TH8S shifter. Based on the official adapter files provided by @Thrustmaster.
3 different sizes are available:
S - 55mm in diameter
M - 60mm in diameter
L - 65mm in diameter
Easily printable without supports. For best results use a colored translucent filament with 4+ walls and small (or better yet, variable) level height. A small brim might help for stability too.
