This connector set is designed for the Starmix iPulse vacuum cleaner and provides a practical way to connect compatible hoses and accessories. The included covers allow you to seal loose hoses during transport, keeping everything tidy and preventing dust or debris from escaping.

Print Settings & Recommendations

• Recommended material: PETG
  I strongly recommend PETG for this model. ASA and ABS have insufficient layer adhesion for the snap-fit features, which can cause the tabs to break off.

• Fine layer height for the snap-fit
  On the large connector that attaches to the vacuum cleaner, use a layer height of 0.05 mm over approximately between 7.5 mm and 9 mm of the snap-fit area. This helps ensure that the locking mechanism engages smoothly without catching.

• Supports required
  Each part requires support structures for its critical features. Make sure the functional areas are properly supported to achieve a reliable fit.

• Covers for transport
  The included covers are designed to close off loose hoses during transport, making storage and transportation cleaner and more convenient.

• Use covers as template for specialized adapters
  I've added an adapter for a plunge saw (Makita SP6000J) that I made from a cover. It's possible to create additional device-specific adapters.

Important Notes

Print the parts carefully and check the snap-fit mechanism before applying excessive force. PETG is recommended for its balance of strength, flexibility, and layer adhesion.
