Until now I was only able to print TPU on the Elegoo Centauri Carbon after I unwound enough tpu filament from the roll before printing. Even the slightest resistance lead to underextrusion. Not anymore with this printed filament roll holder.  It has (almost) zero resistance.

Not recommended for stiff filaments. The tensinon will unwind the roll on its own.

Materials:

1x M4 Screw at least 15mm. (longer is better for stability. I recommend 40mm)

2x 608zz ball bearing

Optional: 1x M4 screw 15mm for the front (for stability)

give the 608zz a bath in some wd40 to remove most of the thick grease. it will let them run a lot smoother.

Update: roller mount v2 it has now a punsh through hole for the screw and doesnt need support for printing anymore. Also doesnt need the tpu ring anymore.

Old Version:

The spacer file is optional and has to be printed in TPU. its meant to be put between the centauri carbon canvas filament holder and the roller holder part for a snug fit.
