Create Your Own 3D Printable QR Code
This model was created using 3DPrintCAD, a browser-based CAD tool designed for creating models for 3D printing.
The included model is a ready-to-print QR code, but you can easily create your own custom QR code with any website URL, text, or Wi-Fi credentials.
How to create your own QR code
Open 3DPrintCAD.
Select QR Code under Generators.
Enter your URL, text, or Wi-Fi credentials.
Choose the QR code size and error correction level.
Customize the margin, base thickness, and code height.
Choose a style: Classic, Liquid, Dots, Diamonds, Bars, Pyramids, Contour, or Skyline.
Choose Raised or Engraved.
Optionally add a frame and a label such as “Scan me.”
Export your finished model as an STL.
Open the STL in your favorite slicer and print!
Printing Tips
For the best scanning results, use high-contrast colors between the QR code and the background. Black and white is a great choice.
If you're printing a raised QR code, you can add a filament/color change when the QR pattern begins.
Always test the finished QR code with your phone after printing.
