FlowTech Nozzle & Tool Box

This organizer gives each nozzle a dedicated place and keeps your cleaning tools, silicone socks, and small accessories together. A hinged lid and two latches close the box, with a recessed Micro Swiss logo on the lid.

Features

• Labeled nozzle storage for 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, and 1.0 mm sizes

• Separate rows marked B (Brass), HS (Hardened Steel), and HF (High Flow)

• Long compartment for a cleaning brush and other maintenance supplies

• Additional compartment for silicone socks and small accessories

• Hinged lid with two closing latches

Printing & assembly

The print profile uses:

• Nozzle diameter: 0.6 mm

• Layer height: 0.3 mm

• Walls: 2

• Infill: 15%

Hardware required: 6 × M3 × 30 mm screws.

• 2 screws for the lid hinges

• 4 screws for the two latches

1. Print the body, lid, and two latches.

2. Align the lid and body hinges, then insert one screw through each hinge.

3. Fit the two latches, using two screws per latch.

4. Check that the lid and latches move freely. Avoid overtightening against the printed plastic.

• Parametric Rugged Box (FreeCAD) by JLes, licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. JLes recreated the box in FreeCAD, building on designs by Whity and Yanev, and added tray options.

My modifications include dedicated FlowTech nozzle storage with size and type labels, tool and accessory compartments, and integration of the Micro Swiss logo into the lid.
