This tool head is shaped to slide over all standard pallet slats and works with the flexible dryer vent cleaning rods I already have. Designed to print with no supports. I printed in black Overture PETG, 0.2mm layer height.
It uses M6x0.8 threading and is sized for a 9mm diameter shaft. It has two channels for the 1/2" Uline Poly Strapping to hold it tight to the tool without any moving pieces and has an easy release. Simply thread up from the bottom, then down into the top channel. Pull tight from the bottom for a strong hold. So far it is working perfectly and making my life easier!
The .step file is included for easy remixing to your needs.
