The cradle the Chromatic rests in is shaped from Chromatic's CAD file so it drops in like a glove, while the bottom of the console stays completely open: USB-C, headphone jack and speaker are all reachable from the front, with the USB-C port sitting 70 mm above the desk so your cable gets a gentle bend instead of a sharp one.
-Glove fit — pocket modelled from the official Chromatic case CAD (~0.25 mm clearance)
-Ports fully accessible — big front opening; USB-C and 3.5 mm plugs go straight in
-Thumb-friendly — only a 5 mm front lip, so Start / Select stay easy to press
-Comfortable angle — 40° lean-back, console leans on a full-height backrest
-Design that matches the console — 10 mm bottom-right curve echoing the Chromatic, 2.7 mm edges everywhere else, no sharp edges.
-Multi-colour ready — raised CHROMATIC logo and stripe bars as separate parts in one file
-Latch-safe — a large, soft dish under the battery-door latch, so the cover can't get nudged open when you drop the console in or lift it out
Another Version will be uploaded soon with a larger cradle section with a TPU insert and plugs to keep TPU insert in place.
