Clearly my tonneau cover needs more love than just fixing the hinge.
Left and right sections of rear hinge, measured / scaled / photogrammetry from existing part. The 'left' and 'right' fit into the aluminum extrusions, and named L/R when viewed from inside truck bed. STL files include fin supports for printing. STEP files are model only. Minor tweaks to shared model based on first part fit which I whittled slightly to fit. I didn't reprint a second part, but in the model added a couple more external radii, fixed hex countersink size, more clearance for center section of hinge.
Should work with this center section of the hinge.
