This is a full size 104cm tachi prop.
It is based on a screw together design as i challenged myself only to use parts that were available to me. And yes it is strong enough to be swung but would not survive direct impacts but getting hit would hurt.

16x M4 threaded Insert
16x M4x30mm DIN 912 (long Allen key required)
Printing:
recommended to be printed in PETG 100% Infill
no Ironing except Blade_Guard, Grip_1, Grip_4
