This model shows how the inner meechanism of a servo otor works.
The high-RPM, low-torque rotation of the motor is converted into a low-RPM, high-torque output; in this case achieving a gear ratio of 1:400.
To check how many deegres the output shaaft has rotated i have connecte a potentiometer (in this case an ACP CA9 THT vertical potentiometer) on the output shaft using a microcontroller to monitor its variable resistance.
Preparation of the pieces:
1) place an M4 Heat-Set Insert on layer1 where the image shows.

2)insert a ACP CA9 THT vertical potentiometer with the front part facing the hole in layer3 where the arrow shows.

3) place three M4 Heat-Set Insert on layer4 where the images shows.

P.S. you have to print two D.H Gear (34T) not one.
Assembly:
1)
2) after you have put all the pieces in place as in the video you only have to put 4 M4 screws:
A) 6mm M4 screws.
B) 70mm M4 screw.
