My brother was looking for a good imposter knife for his Halloween costume, but couldn't find a good one, so I designed him one, this is roughly half size of what a real one would be. I recommend putting 2 raft layers on the handle, and printing it hilt facing down. You will need some adhesive to get it to stick together, super glue works, 3M spray is really strong and good (expensive), gorilla glue is what I would recommend, get the bottom of the blade, and the hole in the handle slightly damp, then put a few drops of gorilla glue in the handle hole, then put the blade in, and pull it out and rotate it 180 degrees, and put it back in (to get a good even spread of glue), do this 2 or 3 times.
WARNING: If using gorilla glue or other foaming glues, wrap something around the pommel to the tip of the blade to hold it together, because gorilla glue foams. Read label on how long to let sit before pulling off band.
