My friends went to the actual city of Carcassone and came back with an alternate starter tile that is 3x4 wide. This has two grid sections to accommodate that tile. Also, it's slightly thicker so it's stiffer/stronger.
I've included both the STLs and the Autodesk files for easy editing.
