The model has some tight tolerances, so you need a well tuned printer, or you can increase the x-y compensation a bit or scale up the model a bit.
Personally I print it with lower layer thickness (eg 0.1mm) to reduce the scratchiness of the layer lines a bit, but it works fine at normal settings too.
I recommend the STEP file rather than the STL, you'll generally get prettier curves.
