I designed and have been printing this cardholder since 2017 even before 3d printers had auto bedleveling.
I have been printing variations with colors and logos and been gifting them to my friends and colleagues since then.
I have an old design on thingiverse but here's the most modern version of it.

Nowadays with the vast diversity of 3d software tools available you can easily perforate or embed your logo at the back of the card so I'm only uploading the simplest model here without any logo.

Because of the challenging bridges on this design, it is important that you folow the slicing instructions below. The design has its own supports which you will be able to remove easily at the end of the print. You can print it on any 3d printer. If you use PLA or PETG, supports come out easily.

Print Instructions :
- Slice at exactly 0.2mm  * (if your profile uses a thicker first layer height, put it back to 0.2mm)
- Infill 30% (Use infill pattern of your liking, I use "Gyroid ")
- Infill > Advanced > Bridging Angle : 45
- Supports : ALL Disabled

Tips :
for nicer looking result, print on a textured print sheet

*The design needs to be sliced at 0.2 because it contains its own supports. In order to print correctly you should slice at 0.2 so there will be an air gap of 0.2 at the bottom and top of the support. This is no mistake this is by design so you will be able to remove the support easily later.

Post print processing :
Using a tool such a hobby knife push the start of the support outwards. You can then grab and peel off the rest of the support easily with your fingers.

To insert your card, bend it slightly to clear the edge stopper and then slide it fully in until it clicks in place.
