Screw Organizer, Sorter, and Model

Summary

This is a showcase of my own screw generator, model your screws in CAD, think about clearances and how never forget how to assemble them. The screw generator supports a large variety of screws, from M1.6 to M8. Featuring: Socket Cap, Hex Head, Countersunk, and Wafer head screws. 

The generator has many variables that can be configured, ranging from length, partial threads, resolution, color, and even drive types.

There are also storage bins, to keep your screws organized, they are designed to ride on wooden cleats. 

And a screw sorter as well, ranging from M2 to M8, make sure your screws don't get lost, and measure their length, this design uses an alternating technique that I was inspired to use by the Kokuyo True Measure Ruler.

Printing

The screw measuring jig requires Arachne wall generating in order for the number legends to be printed properly (The Screw Measuring Jig also is an OBJ file to keep the separate colors in the file, making it easier when slicing. It is possible to make it the same color and use a permanent marker if you prefer).

The containers need a small amount of supports for their cleat mount to work well.

The labels do not need anything special to print, add text in your CAD or Slicer, multi color prints are helpful to make them readable.
