here is my 1:48 scale model for a gerstlauer infinity coaster i made in fusion360.
all parts can be printed without supports except the wheel assembly.
for the train you will need to print the following parts:
Front car 1X
Chassis, Seat, Back and head rest X the amount of coaches you want for your train
Coupler 1 less then the amount of coaches you want for your train
Restraints 4X per coach
Wheel assembly 2X per coach
for assembly i have used super glue and press fit press fit conections
