For whatever reason I wasn't happy with the design of other popcorn dispensers and set out to do one that fit me better.
I added slits to allow access easily straighten out bags if they fall in awkward.
Designed with a finger slot to easily get you fingers around the bottom bag and pull. They really do come out easy.
Optional 'extension module' can be added if you buy your popcorn bags in bulk. I just used putty to secure the top module, the tolerances for the fitting are a little generous.

Lastly, I strongly recommend using rubber feet to stabilize it so it doesn't slide around much if at all.
