Frankenstein's Container
aka Frankenstein's Candy Stash, perfect for small treats or anything else that needs storing.
The head plate can be removed by unscrewing the two 3D-printed screws, revealing the (optional) brain and room for storing candy or whatnot.
Printing
The 3MF file uses the Standard profile, with painted supports included where needed.
Frankenstein's monster can be printed on smaller build plates, such as the Prusa MINI's, or scaled up if you feel like it.
The screws and threaded blocks worked nicely for me in PLA using a 0.2 mm Standard profile with a 0.4 mm nozzle. Everything except the screws and threaded blocks can be printed in almost any material you want. Just an idea: a squishy brain c:
Filament Colors
One possible colorway: green for built plates 1 and 2 (head and head plate), gray or silver for build plate 3 (screws and threaded blocks) and pink for build plate 4 (the brain).
For extra detail the eyes, hair, scars and stitching can be painted by hand - or in the slicer with a multicolor setup.
Assembly
The blocks containing the threads are printed separately from the sculpture.
This avoids wasting filament in case the thread tolerances need adjusting.
Rather than using dovetail connections, which would have introduced another set of tolerances, I've designed the blocks to be glued in place.
