I print most of them in PLA with manual supports under the male and female connectors. All of them work pretty well although the articulated one will sometimes derail the motorized trains. Happy to share the Fusion files if anyone's interested.
All are designed to fit with the standard trackmaster dimensions in terms of length and angles with the bridge specific curves needed to break from that and introduce a 30 degree angle to go through under the bridge.
