I made this from the original to hold 3 flags at a 90 degree angle. We have used this at my work with good results, but you have to remember to manage the flags well or they wont mean anything!
Green means Come in and talk.
Yellow means I'm in the zone, only bother me if it's important.
Red means I'm in a meeting, only bother me if it's truly urgent and important!
This also worked with my kids at home while I was working from home.
