Oh, I'll just check Printables and..... no one has made something like what I need, so I guess I have to make it myself.
So, tadaa, and actually it works really well. Prints quick. At .2mm layer heights, print 5 bottom and 5 top layers to make it solid, but if you use less top/bottom layers, consider gyroid infill at 30%. If you're not printing this solid, I'd consider 3 perimeters too. I've included 3 different sizes (X/Y, they're all 2mm on Z) as well as the Fusion 360 file.
