This is currently a design development project. All STEP and STL files are included, although the design is still being tested and improved.
The model is designed for printing with a 0.6 mm nozzle tolerance. All measurements have been triple-checked for accuracy. The fan model is also included if you would like to experiment or modify the design yourself.
The duct redirects airflow using internal fins to provide more even cooling across the print bed. Previously, the front section of the bed was not receiving enough cooling, so the fins were added to improve airflow distribution.
Depending on the part you are printing, some assembly and gluing may be required. Alternative versions are currently being developed, including improved print orientation and potential one-piece print options to reduce assembly.
