5lbs Wedge Sumo Bot :

What is this:
This is my 5lbs 3d printable sumo bot with 30 degree inclined wedge in the front made in fusion 360. It runs on an Arduino uno + l293d motor shield, 2 tt motor and a 2s lion pack. Basically a small pusher that gets under the other bot and shoves it out of the ring.
Why i made it :
I just wanted a simple sumo bot to learn by doing. I'm still tweaking it and learning from every test run.
To develop my cad skills :)
How i made it :
I started by designing the chassis in fusion, a low wedge with two ramps like structure in 30 degree in front. First, i added one platform limit after that i put all the model of TT motor, wheel, Arduino uno, l293d shield then i started to make sketch in the motor to make it like a box structure after making half box structure i just add one wedge with 30 degree inclined; then i just mirror it. Finally, i draw sketch at the top to make the top plate and it's finished :)
Assembly Guide :

Parts needed:
3d printed chassis and top plate
Arduino uno (1)
L293D motor driver shield (1)
TT gear motor (2)
2S li-ion battery holder (1)
18650 li-ion cell (2)
switch (1)
jumper wire
USB cable (for uploading code)
screw for the top plate
Steps need to be follow :
Print the parts both chassis and top plate then clean up and check the standoff holes aren't clogged.
Mount the TT motor on both sides with screw and put the wheel on.
Put the Arduino uno on the standoffs and it should perfectly line up with the port hole.
Stack the l293D shield on the Arduino uno.
Solder all the wire with motor, switch, battery and join it in shield.
Upload the code with the USB cable through the side hole. (Coding Part is yours)
Test run check forward, reverse, and turning.
