JIG for the steel 1/8th in axle used in VEX robot system. (V5 Clawbot axles) You slide the axle into the jig then cut the desired length.
This is designed to allow you to cut the 4 sizes used in the Vex V5 Clawbot. Model can be easily be altered to accommodate whatever length is needed. Since both ends of the cut are supported the cut results in very minimal burrs to be filed/sanded after.
Included is a 2 piece model (no supports needed)
and a one piece model (place vertical so axle hole is easily cleared)
