A printed nameplate can be glued on the pen holder. In addition, the organizer has a compartment for 76x76mm Post-it notes and small items (paper clips, etc.).
So that the name can be adapted to your own needs, I have attached the Fusion 360 file and a step file. When printing the name tag, insert a color change at 0.8mm.
