Print 0.2 for the spool holder and 0.1 for the filament guide.
I am using this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:992975 for the right spool support adapter (10mm)
UPDATE : i redesign the spool holder to lower the filament, more easy to manage space and the filament is at the same level as the entry of bowden.
