Warning: Very high poly model. I have included the blend file if you need the low poly version with displacement maps and a subdivision modifier.
I sculpted this in Blender, I made the stand using a boolean modifier to get it to fit around the pollen but I have not tested this. Please do check the preview in cura or whatever slicer you use to make sure all is well as the displacement modifiers did a lot of work on the geometry before I applied it all.
