A simple planter I made to play around. The process of making something like this is somewhat interesting:
- get an image and open it in Inkscape
- [optional if the image is not a vector] use the trace bitmap feature to create a vector
- export it as a DXF file
- import that as a sketch into your CAD software (in my case Onshape)
- in Onshape you can now use the sketch and wrap it around a cylinder and extrude it
Print in Vase mode, use a thick wall width, you can even do 1.0mm on a 0.4mm nozzle, if your hotend can keep up.
