Tested with the Maker, should work with other models too.
Prints well with PLA, works well with the 'Avoid crossing perimeters' setting to ensure there's no stringing.
I tried Martin Brown's design but found the fit a little too tight so I made this version from scratch which helps fix that and improve printability with a single split edge.
