Top dish with soap is suspended in air by 5 tensioned zip ties. Using zip ties instead of strings or wires makes assembly much easier.
You will need 10 at least 100 mm long 2,5 mm zip ties.
Build:
- Cut off the locking part from 5 zip ties.
- Mark 70 mm from the lock on 4 zip ties and run them through peripheral holes in top and then botom dish.
- Put cut off locks on zip ties and slide them to 70 mm mark.
- Put the center zip tie from bottom dish up. Put the lock on it and tension whole assembly through the large center hole in top dish.
- Cut off excess zip ties.
Print with 0.2 mm layer, 100% infill, 3 perimeters, bottom dish no supports, top dish supports from build plate only.
