I have been using the grips for 2 years now and they show no signs of fatigue so far. I've printed the grips with TPU (2mm wall thickness, 0.2mm layer height, 20% infill density). The clamps I have printed for optical reasons and as an experiment with PLA, surprisingly, these hold very well.
The clamps can be fixed with a M4 bolt and nut.
