At first I created the handle as a replacement part, then I added the blade also.
Except for the 3D printed parts you will also need a 20mm diameter pipe and construction adhesive.
Use SandingBlock to sand the inner side of the holes if the fit isn't perfect.
Secure the parts with construction adhesive, optionally use a drill to make a hole through the plastic and pipe and secure it with a small screw.
