Based on a reddit post, here's a model of the playstation icons lights.
You can either print the full base if your printer is large enough, or print the 3 separate parts and glue them together.
You will need transparent filament for the shapes, any filament for the base, and 5mm LEDs to be inserted into each shapes.
- 3x 5mm green LED
- 4x 5mm red LED
- 4x 5mm blue LED
- 4x 5mm pink LED

Print the main icons (square, triangle, cross, circle) on transparent filament of your choosing at 0% infill with manual supports on the part that will be inserted into the base.
