I needed some GT2 belts in a very specific lenght. These seem to be hard to source and i never really succeeded with glueing open belts as they tend to snap off quite easy.
This model allows you to specifically construct a GT2 belt with a given amount of teeth or lenght and print it on your regular sized print bed.
Of course, belts from TPU are not as strong and durable as the commercial ones which have fiber reinforcements, but for low to medium load applications (like the Voron M4 Extruder or as a Z Sync Belt) it works perfectly fine.

As for the print settings, TPU is of course our material of choice. Printing the the appropriate TPU speed of your printer and setting the wall count to 3 with 0.2mm layer height should give you a nice and clean result.
