greeting hobbyist.
I have model a bolt on no mod accessory for the MK3 that will trigger your camera app to take pictures using the volume button on your headphones. This style of taking pictures is very popular with the Ender series of printers but have yet to find one for the Prusa's.
I uploaded this as a .3mf as that was the only way I could keep the key hole for the trigger. the add negative volume feature dose not export when trying to export build plate to .stl .
the Xmotor cover just slides over the stock OEM Xmotor mount and uses the 2 longer bolt that came with the printer kit. it has a peg to locate the trigger would also recommend gluing the trigger to it's locating peg
Remember to set your camera setting to volume button trigger on, lock your focus, and plug in your charger. If your camera app closes or goes to sleep you may need a different app that turns off sleep mode. the gcode to move the trigger and get the magical time lapse is found here https://blog.prusa3d.com/how-to-make-3d-print-time-lapses-with-your-smartphone-camera_29790/
