I set out to create a simple yet fun camera for my children to play with. This print is designed to be printed apart then glued/snapped together, print the body in one color and the parts and pieces with one or more colors.
The spinning knob spins, the top has a slider that slides back and forth. The lens can be left loose and can be spun as if focusing or glued in place. The top buttons are made to be glued in. The shutter button can be left loose, or a small spring or small piece of foam, can be put in before putting the button in so it has a pressing action.
I could have went overboard and added many other things to make it look more realistic, but after I printed a very basic trial body and my girls loved it I decided simpler was better for me. Please feel free to edit it and upload different versions.
