This is a simple caddy to hold the beard, body, and eyebrow guards for Philips Multigroom clippers. I use it in my shower (held to the wall with silicone).
I designed it so that guards will slip onto the two prongs without too much effort. Guards don't clip in solidly (to avoid pulling on the caddy/adhesive/wall), but you have to swing them up from the bottom to remove them. This prevents them from getting knocked off the caddy if you bump into them accidentally.
Pictures show the 3x1 version, and I've uploaded a variety for you to choose from or remix.

Update (January 5, 2023): I've added a 2x1 version for the larger hair-clipping guards that come with some Multigroom models. The photo shows three of them mounted side-by-side.
Another update (February 9, 2023): I'm now using a 1x4 version in tandem with my new Multigroom Attachment Caddy.
