Recently I've designed bellows for macro photography using 3d printed parts, 200 mm of 2020 v-slot profile, some hardware and a EF mount scavenged from a broken lens. This design is basically a copy of the original brass mount with a slight increase in thickness to allow the use of counterbore M2 bolts.

Required hardware:
4x M2x10 bolts
Guidlines for printing:
On my Prusa I3 MK3s with 0.6 mm nozzle I've managed to get it printed without supports with 0.1 mm layer height in PETG.
I recommend to use dark colored filament to avoid reflections.
