Case for a DPS5005 (or other variant) power supply module with power button, 4mm banana jacks and DC barrel jack input.
Unfortunately the closing mechanism was somewhat of an afterthought and therefore requires 4 of the hooks to be screwed onto the bottom plate, which then snap into the top piece.
The DPS5005 is running the OpenDPS firmware.

Update 2024-11-03:
Added v11 files where the spacing of the banana sockets is changed to the standard ¾" distance as suggested by @DominikPalo. For the remaining parts, the v9 models are unchanged.
