I shortened the cable, but alternatively, it can be held in a bundle below.
A bit of hot glue can convince the power socket to stay in place; otherwise, you'll need to press it in firmly every time you reconnect it to the power socket.
Update: I have added a new version with a wall and lid that hides the wires below in case they disturb you.
