A 3D printed Filament Dry Box can be printed on Prusa MK3
About the box :
The dry box is designed to contain Prusa & Kexcelled filament.
Hope it fits standard spools outside the market.
Also, you can put silica gel underneath the filament spool.
Material :
I printed all the parts in PLA on a texture sheet, it works fine, it is sealed, and is able to maintain dry inside the box.
- 28 mm hydrometer is needed. (Glue may be needed)
- pc4-m6 quick fitting for PTFE
- silica gel orange
! NEW UPDATE ! (20230614)
- I canceled the opening for the hygrometer.
- I added a separator to trap the silica gel! So, the box is taller than before.
- The setting of printing the separator (You can use other fill patterns as you wish !)

- Please do a test print for the screw thread before you print the big one.
- if the screw won't fit, you can scale down the screw on X & Y Axis to 97%
- Before you open the box, remember to shake the box and make sure the silica gel is under the spool. (THIS ISSUE NO LONGER EXISTS)
HAPPY PRINTING !!!!
